Construction estimating software that prices the bill in front of you

Upload the BOQ you were sent, as Excel or PDF, in any consultant’s template. SupplyLoop reads every line, matches items to real UAE materials, and puts a reference price next to each rate. You review, adjust, and send enquiries to suppliers from the same screen. Pricing that took days now takes minutes.

Built for UAE contractors, estimators and quantity surveyors. AED throughout.

This is the product. A real 187-line villa bill, read, matched and priced. The amber line is the point: anything uncertain is flagged for you, never guessed.

How it works

From the file you received to a bill you can defend

No re-typing and no rigid template to copy your bill into. The workflow follows the way estimates actually get built.

01Start with the file in front of you

Drop in the consultant’s BOQ as Excel or PDF. Any layout, any sheet structure. No bill yet? Start from the drawings and let takeoff count the quantities first.

02The AI reads it. You check what it read.

Every line is extracted and matched against the materials catalogue. Totals are reconciled against the bill’s own summary, and anything unmatched is flagged for review, never silently guessed.

03Price each line against real materials

A reference price sits beside your rate, drawn from the UAE catalogue with the number of suppliers who can fulfil it. Build rates up from materials, labour, plant and subcontract. Your margin updates as you type.

04The winning estimate becomes the working job

Send enquiries to suppliers for any line or trade, compare bids, and award. The estimate carries straight into orders, deliveries and budget-versus-actual. Nothing gets re-entered.

A useful first pass, not a black box. The AI produces a priced starting point and shows its work: what it matched, what it skipped, and where the numbers came from. A qualified estimator reviews and owns the final bill. That is how it should be, and we say so on every screen.

Questions estimators ask

Construction estimating software, explained

What is construction estimating software?

Software that helps a contractor work out what a job will cost before bidding for it. It handles the bill of quantities (BOQ), the pricing of each line, and the margin on top. SupplyLoop adds AI that reads the bill for you and UAE material reference prices to check your rates against.

Can SupplyLoop read an existing Excel BOQ?

Yes. Upload the workbook the consultant sent, in their template, and the AI extracts the lines, sections and quantities. It reconciles its reading against the bill's own totals, so you can see immediately whether anything was missed.

Can an estimate start from drawings instead of a BOQ?

Yes. If there is no bill yet, upload the drawings and takeoff counts the quantities first: elements identified, measured and grouped by room. That takeoff becomes the skeleton of the estimate.

Does the AI submit the tender for me?

No. The AI prepares a priced first pass and flags what needs attention. A qualified person reviews every number before anything leaves the building. SupplyLoop is decision support for your estimator, not a replacement for one.

What happens to the estimate after the job is won?

It becomes the job. Send supplier enquiries from the priced lines, compare the bids that come back, award, and track deliveries and spend against the estimate. Budget versus actual runs off the same numbers you tendered with.
