Construction cash flow software that runs off the bill you priced
The bill you tendered becomes the budget you track. SupplyLoop puts budget, committed and spent side by side for every trade, adds what the client owes you, and flags overruns while there is still time to act. No weekly spreadsheet rebuild, no chasing three teams for numbers.
Built for UAE contractors, owners and commercial teams. AED throughout.
This is the product. The same bill you tendered, now tracking money. Committed and spent move as orders land, and the amber line is the point: an overrun shows up while you can still act on it.
From awarded bill to a cash position you can trust
The budget is not a fresh spreadsheet. It is the estimate you already priced, tracking every order and invoice against itself.
01Every cost lands in one ledger
Purchase orders arrive on their own when you award through procurement. Invoices and off-platform costs drop in, read by AI, and land against the right trade.
02Budget, committed and spent, side by side
Every trade shows three numbers: what you planned, what you ordered, what you paid. The gap between them is your exposure, visible before it becomes a loss.
03Overruns flag themselves
When committed passes budget on any line, it flags amber with the difference. You see it the week it happens, not at the project post-mortem.
04The client side sits beside the cost side
Installed value, invoiced and collected sit next to spend. Claims go out backed by recorded progress, and collections close the loop.
Not accounting software, and we say so. SupplyLoop is the project cost-control layer: budget, commitments, payments and claims tied to the work itself. Your general ledger, VAT and payroll stay in the accounting system of record. The two agree because the project numbers are right at the source.

Construction cash flow software, explained
What is construction cash flow software?
Construction cash flow software shows when project money is expected to come in and go out. It should connect client billings, collections, committed costs and payments to the project budget and the work recorded on site.
How does SupplyLoop calculate installed value?
SupplyLoop uses the project budget with recorded daily progress when a complete project progress figure is available. It can also show measured value from activities that carry their own BOQ amount and installed percentage. Partial measured scope stays labeled as partial.
How does SupplyLoop identify possible over-claims?
When the project has a suitable installed-work baseline, SupplyLoop compares client invoicing with that value. If invoicing runs ahead of recorded installed work, the finance view flags the difference for review before the next certification step.
Can I track both client money and supplier costs?
Yes. The client side shows installed, invoiced, collected and outstanding amounts. The vendor side shows budget, committed, paid and unpaid costs, including recorded off-platform costs.
Is SupplyLoop accounting or ERP software?
No. SupplyLoop is the project operations and cost-control layer. It does not replace a general ledger, VAT accounting, payroll or bank reconciliation. Contractors can keep their accounting or ERP system as the financial system of record.
