Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms are a practical placeholder for SupplyLoop while the product is in early rollout. They describe the baseline rules for using the service and should be reviewed by counsel before broad commercial launch.
Using SupplyLoop
SupplyLoop helps contractors, buyers, suppliers, and delivery partners estimate, source, order, and fulfil building materials. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for using the platform lawfully.
Quotes, orders, and availability
Material availability, pricing, delivery timing, and supplier commitments may change until an order is confirmed. We work to keep platform information current, but final order details are governed by the accepted quote, invoice, or written confirmation for that transaction.
Supplier and buyer responsibilities
- Buyers should provide accurate project, site, quantity, and delivery details.
- Suppliers should provide accurate pricing, stock, product, and fulfilment details.
- All parties should keep required licenses, tax details, and payment information current.
Platform changes
We may improve, remove, or change features as SupplyLoop develops. We may also suspend access where we believe an account is misusing the service, creating risk, or violating these terms.
